RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy on all products. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to qualify for a refund, your product must be in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to retain your postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items during transit. Any products returned to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund approval. The refund will cover the full value of the product, excluding any delivery charges. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.

EXCHANGES
For a quick resolution, we recommend exchanging the item by returning the current one first. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.
BESPOKE
As your bespoke is made just for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please email us at contact@deborahrayco.com if you have any concerns or issues with your order and we'll be happy to resolve them.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We kindly request that you carefully examine your order upon delivery and promptly notify us if you encounter any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item. This will enable us to assess the situation and rectify it accordingly.
