Every purchase is made to order in our London atelier. Kindly allow approximately one week for your order to be made and shipped. Production times may vary during busy periods. We offer a rush service (made in 3-4 working days) for a small fee. Please note all delivery estimations are set from dispatch date, not the day you place your order.

RUSH ORDERS

We provide a rush order option (for an extra fee) that ensures your order is created and shipped within 3-4 working days.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery times for international orders may vary, especially if they are subjected to customs charges. Additionally, busy periods like national bank holidays could impact delivery times. Please note that we do not process orders on national holidays. To prevent any delays, we recommend placing your order in advance. 

All shipments to countries outside the UK may be subject to potential customs charges upon delivery in the destination country. The buyer assumes responsibility for these charges, as the courier will not proceed with delivery until they are paid. Once your order has been dispatched, any potential delays or handling of the package are beyond our control.
